Welcome Winter Walks
                                                  Our New Message
The Welcome Winter Walkers.com have had some interesting and beautiful walks in some most magical places and occasionally some mud.
The walks are not strenuous or excessively long and we do not make a route march of it. We usually stop for a picnic lunch and occassionally a pub, the company is good and the dog is well behaved.
So to all those couch potatoes and those who would like to shed a few xmas pounds why not join us on the next walk.
We meet at the White Bridge at 11am on 20th January for a walk around Newport estuary.
Our last walk of 2009 was from Aberporth to Tresaith where we had a Christmas meal at the Ship Inn and the weather was kind.

Scrabble Afternoons
Scrabble on Wednesdays
Afternoons & Evenings The 2nd Afternoon and The 4th Evening of month
FIRST SESSION.

Evening sessions 7.30pm: are on 26 Nov. 28 Jan. 25 Feb. 25 March. 22 April.

Last year a few dedicated folk met to play 'a not too serious' game of Scrabble on Wednesday afternoons and enjoyed ourselves, but we were not really enough to warrant our using the school and it was very cold. So this year we will meet at Hillview (home of Pat & Di) and try evenings as well as afternoons, hopefully we may get too many and need to use the school again. Fee of £1.50 per person to inc tea and biscuits.
All proceeds to school. Di - 01239 881219

Introduction to Computers and the Internet
If you are reading this on your own computer it will probably be of no interest to you. However, you may know someone in our local area who would like to learn how to use a computer and possibly explore the internet.
Using our village lap top, free instruction is available on a one to one basis. This instruction is at a very basic level and is by way of an initial introduction to the technology. More advanced classes may be available in the future if required.
If there is anyone who has a Moylegrove related project which they would like to carry out but need a computer for the project, the village laptop can be made available to you.
Instruction and guidance on using the computer and setting up your project will be available if you need it.
